Franklin P. Albright, Jr., appears in Philadelphia city directories from 1905 through 1935/36. For most of that time he simply cites himself as an architect, but in 1930 he is noted as an instructor at Spring Garden Institute. In the 1935/36 directory he states that he is an architect with the office of Zantzinger, Borie & Medary.
