Rowe & Dagit began listing their work in the Philadelphia Real Estate Record and Builders Guide in 1888. Their last entries appear in 1890, after which it appears that the firm dissolves. During the years of the partnership the office produced several theatres, but also other, more mundane, structures such as the factory for the Bloomsburg Carpet Company in Bloomsburg, PA, and a building for the Philadelphia Towel Supply Company on Callowhill Street above 10th in Philadelphia.
