Although this partnership endured only five years, Baldwin & Price nonetheless worked on five important church commissions, including two outside of Baltimore, and St. Vincent's Seminary in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. E. Francis Baldwin and Bruce Price met while in the offices of Niernsee & Neilson in Baltimore. The firm occupied offices at 54 Lexington Street in Baltimore.
This firm lasted only until 1873, when Price moved to Wilkes-Barre, PA, and later to New York City, where he would achieve considerable distinction in the architectural profession.
