Born: 3/28/1884, Died: 2/28/1931

Minnesota architect Beaver Wade Day was born in Lisbon, ND, and began his career in Philadelphia, earning his B.S. in Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania in 1908, and working with Warren P. Laird and Paul P. Cret while at University. By 1910 he was working with Reed & Stem and there he remained until 1919. In 1919 he established the office of Toltz, King & Day.

The Athenaeum of Philadelphia owns two drawings for Philadelphia buildings designed by Day in 1910.
