This office, located at 727 Walnut Street, represents a second attempt on the part of Hermann Schwarzmann to establish an independent firm in Philadelphia. Like his previous attempt (Schwarzmann & Pohl), this did not thrive. It appears only in the 1877 and 1878 Philadelphia city directories.
