This 1942 drawing is not present in the collection, but present is a blueprint of drawing A1, "Site plan development", Dec. 30, 1942, War Housing Project, Tinicum Township, Delaware Co., Pa. 36269, National Housing Agency, John B. Blandford Jr., Administrator, Federal Public Housing Authority, Herbert Emmerion, Commissioner, Housing Authority, New York City, Savery, Scheetz, Gilmour & Assoc., Arch & Engrs., 21 S. 12th St., Phila., Pa., Douglas W. ??. This blueprint shows Wanamaker Avenue at the top an Westinghouse Village at the bottom, and is not the same as the Upland site plan, which shows streets as follows: Fourth St, Third St., Front St., Race St., Griffith St., Roop St. and Glenway Ave.
