No commission number. This set includes preliminary plans, elevations and perspective sketches for a proposed garden room addition, with some renovation of the living room. Also included is a drawing fragment for a plot plan on "Railroad Avenue", showing the footprint of the existing house, addition, and detached garage. The footprint of the house corresponds with that of "House no. 4, Haverford Operation, Lower Merion Realty Co. Land Title Bldg." blueprints which were found with the Price & Dickey drawings, but have been cataloged separately. These blueprints are probably reference drawings of the original house plans.
