No commission number or architect identified. Sheets are numbered 1-2. Drawings are probably for "spec" house for the Lower Merion Realty Co., which was located in the Land Title Bldg. These blueprints were found with the 1959-1960 Price & Dickey project for an addition to the Charles C. Savage Residence, 17 Old RailRoad Avenue, Haverford, Pa., cataloged separately. A note on the verso on one drawing indicates that the blueprints are for the Savage house. As such, they represent a reference set to the Price & Dickey project are probably the original plans for the house.
