Title sheet and numbered drawings include spaces for the signatures of the Managing Director, City of Philadelphia, the Park Director, Fairmount Park, and the Park Engineer, Fairmount Park. The numbered sheets include A1-A5 and ME1-ME2. Drawings have numerous annotations in ink and colored pencil. The John Bartram House Complex represents the primary architectural structures which have been preserved as part of the some forty-four acres of Bartram's Garden. Bartram's Garden was the farm and home of Quaker farmer John Bartram, 1699-1777, America's first native born botanist.
