This set also includes a print of a drawing for the Mantel for Mr. & Mrs. Geo. R. Wallis, Morris Rd., Ambler, Pa. Instructions on the print state that the sheet is to be filed with the Potts project. The relationship between these projects or clients is not known. The print copy has been left with the Potts project; the original drawing has been cataloged separately. Topographical map & conveyance plans also include Franklin & Lindsey as registered engineers. These plans include a portion of property of the Robert McLean Tract, surveyed for Frederick A. Potts of Whitemarsh & Upper Dublin Townships. HVAC drawings also give Frederick M. Schwarz as heating engineer. Subcontractor drawings from Lederle & Co., J. Harris Tyre, Prop., Regg. Prof. Engineers, Steel Contractors also give J.S. Cornell & Son as the general contractors.
