Stamm entry given as: "Cherry Hill (Harvey-Riley House), 312 Park Ave." HABS survey number not yet present on these original HABS project drawings, from the creator's office. Set complete in 15 sheets. Sheet 1 is the title sheets and has a site plan, location map, and historical & identification data, as follows: "The John Mills House, commonly called 'Cherry Hill', was built c. 1840 ..Mills sold the property in 1843 and it has changed hands several times since. Among the owners was Judge Joseph S. Riley, uncle of the poet, James Whitcomb Riley ... The house and barn on the property known arcmonly as Cherry Hill were measured and drawn in November, 1972 through February, 1973, by Kenneth L. Anderson and Allan H. Steenhusen for John M. Dickey, Architect. These drawings were produced with the cooperation and assistance of Henry Douglas, Chairman, Falls Church Historical Commission, and Mr. Thomy P. wrenn, author of "Cherry Hill, Falls Church". Drawing 1 also has: "Drawn by: Martin Jay Rosenblum, Feb. 1973".
