Set includes four different drawings, each of which is called sheet no. 1 of 1. Drawing nos. HABS-PA-1225*001 & 002 are drawn by Tim Wolosz, HABS-PA-1225*003 is drawn by Donald G. Prycer, and HABS-PA-1225*004 is drawn by Bob Lyons. One sheet is a title sheet which includes the note: The Fort Mifflin projects were carried on by the Historic American Buildings Survey, under grants from the Haas Community Funds, and in cooperation with the Philadelphia Historical Commission, the Independence National Historical Park, and the Shackamaxon Society. The survey was under the direction of James C. Massey, Chief, Historic American Buildings Survey, the historican was Augustus Hamblett (Texas A.&M. University). Survey Team 1969: Supervisor, R. Michael Schneider (Texas A&M University); student assistant architects, Allan H. Steenhusen (Iowa State University), Bruce V.A. Bonacker (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute), and Malcolm Heard, Jr. (Tulane University). Survey Team 1970: Supervisor, Allan H. Steenhusen (Iowas State University); architect, Ronald B. Tjerandsen (University of Washington), and student assistant architect, John T. Shumate (Carnegie-Mellon University). Sheet no. HABS-PA-1225*002, site plan, has note: Portions of map taken from a survey by G.D. Houtman and Son, civil engineers, land surveyors, Fall, 1970. This plan shows numerous structures with various date labels.
