Drawings are accompanied by a letter dated April 2, 1948, addressed to Mr. J. Robert James, Wallingford, Pa. and beginning as follows: Dear Sir: In response to your request, we take pleasure in submitting herewith the results of our survey and study of the various possibilities of development of Dungannon, the residence of the late James G. Biddle. We attach a topographic survey of the property, made by G.D. Houtman, registered engineer, of Media, and plans of the existing house. ... Drawing PAD*215*001, perhaps referred to as the G.D. Houtman topographic survey above, shows only the Price and Dickey identification stamp. This site plan shows structures labelled A-F, with C apparently the only existing house, and also the neighboring house of J. Robert James.
