"A pair of 2 1/2-story, 4-rank, stone dwellings which form the north half of a quadruple house with 25-27 E. Springfield Avenue. Each house has a ground floor porch fronting the outside ranks, a pent eave and bay windows on the inside ranks, wood sills and a mansard roof, with a dormer window with four casement sash. 24 Benezet Street has remained primarily unaltered: 26 Benezet Street has had alterations in 1930 (H. Louis Duhring, architect) and 1934 (John Lane Evans, architect)."
