Sinkler, architect, to carry a second floor, in 1928 w/an addition in 1950 by Shock & Bonner, architects, w/the replacement of the original shingled portions with a stuccoed cinderblock addition containing stone sills, mansard roof & shed dormers, & finally in 1963-1964 w/some interior work by the Lorenzon Brothers contracting firm.
