"Building 1: The Wissahickon Inn: A 2 1/2 story, U-shaped, stone, Queen Anne hotel bldg. converted into a school. A complete description may be found inthe Wissahickon Inn Nominationfor the National Register of Historic Places. Alts to the bldg. occurred in 1894, 1900, 1901,1902 (Duhring, Okie & Ziegler, architects), 1904 (Duhring, Okie & Ziegler, architects), 1905, 1906 (Duhring, Okie & Ziegler, achitects), 1928, 1946 (James S. Hatfield, architect), 1954, 1957, 1961 (Hatfield, Martin & White, architects), 1963 (Francis Cauffman Wilkinson & Pepper, architects) and 1971 (Francis Cauffman WIlkison & Pepper). The work performed by Duhring, Okie & Ziegler involved the creation of the chapel in 1904 & the library in 1906. The bldg. received a new roof in 1984" "Building 2: Kline Primary Building-A 2 story stone & brick classroom bldg. w/flat roof" "Building 3: Jordan Science Bldg. - A 2 story brick stone & concrete classroom bldg." "Building 4: Gymnasium - A 2 story, sidegabled, pebbledashed bldg. w/clerestory, center crossgable, stone sills & arched openings within the gable. The original swimming pool & gym consists of the northhalf of the complex (presently the cafeteria & Woodward Gymnasium). The Kingsley Gymnasium & the squash courts & wrestling area were added at later dates: the Kingsley in 1960 from plans of Hatfield, Martin & White, architects. Francis Cauffman Wilkinson & Pepper, architects, converted the north section into a cafeteria in 1971"
