Rights and Reproduction PolicyRequests for reproductions, rights and permissions, must be submitted in writing, by letter or facsimile only. Email and telephone requests are not accepted. Upon receiving a request, the Society will either fax or mail a non-binding invoice before processing the order. Prepayment is required on all orders, however please do not send payment before receiving an invoice for your request. When placing a request, please identify the image as completely as possible, including a call number, as well as the intended use for the image (with publication details when applicable). When possible, please provide a photocopy of the requested image for visual reference.
