A one-year subscription to the PAB website is $40. Please make your checks payable to the "Athenaeum of Philadelphia PAB Account". Print this form and mail it with your check to:

To access the PAB website, you will need to use a username and password. Please choose a username (8-12 characters), and a password (minimum 5 characters).

By signing this order form, you agree to the following terms:

Access to the PAB images through this subscription is non-transferable, and may be used only by the subscriber.
This subscription does not permit the download or copying of digital images from the PAB website. Reproduction for any purpose requires the permission of the institution owning the image.
If we determine that you have violated any of the above conditions, we may terminate your subscription at our discretion, and you will not receive a refund.
Your subscription will be valid for one year from the date we receive your application. The PAB is not required to provide a refund of the subscription fee for any reason.
