Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Clarence H. Woolmington spent some 16 years working in Philadelphia with Stuckert & Company under his contemporary F. Russell Stuckert. He appears in the Philadelphia city directories as either draftsman or architect from 1913 to 1930. In the 1940s he was employed at Ballinger & Company.
