"Four-story residence at 2050 Locust Street Passes to New Ownership...2050 Locust Street, four-story brick residence, offered for sale at $60,000, is reported sold by Mears & Brown for Dr. Caspar Morris to Mrs. Cornelia W. Davenport. It occupies a lost 18 by 80 feet and is assessed at $29,000. After alterations have been made the first floor will be occupied by the Venez-Voir shop."
